hard to do when he pulled the trigger and more importantly as co-producer allowed this unsafe environment to fester.
What the soys don't get, Baldwin put 100% of this on himself. Hes a political troll and horrible human being.
he's just getting the treatment he gave others.

I hope it's ok replying to you though, I am a bit concerned every since what happened last time...that was pretty rough for you, I know.

Some here seem more resentful towards Baldwin than the ladies own family.

I’ve been involved in a rare case where a corporation faced criminal charges for the death of a child. There was not a conviction, but these things, while rare, aren’t unprecedented.
There is a zero percent chance Baldwin is convicted.
However, I think there will be a substantial settlement without a lawsuit ever being filed. I also highly doubt any criminal charges.

So you're saying people weren't doing exactly what they're doing now the moment this news broke before we had any clue what happened?
Oh, I'm sure they were. And then changed their mind after they found out what happened. Which would be the case here if facts like in the Lee case come out. See, our opinions on here aren't actually convicting anyone. It's just a message board with people and their opinions.

Of course. He's mega rich and one of "them." Plus, he's about to get a bunch of Alecs money.
If he's anything like the attorneys posting here...
Those people don't play by the rules you do, but it don't bother you.

shite, this is all my bad, i see what is happening now.
Given your meltdown last time, I absolutely should have asked you first if it was ok to reply to you. I do realize I should be more respectful of those that are a bit more sensitive around here.
That's my bad, I apologize and hope I didn't cause any additional trauma to you like last time.
Please accept my apologies, I know this is a tough time for you.

Had Baldwin taken such a course?

Probably because that's where his company was filming.

Let me rephrase. Why would they give him preferential treatment?
Stout posted a screenshot of their laws in the first few pages, a criminal charge may not be likely but it's clearly not out of the realm of possibilities

I am actually pretty naive, admittedly. So please help me out.
I'd get your point if this were in California.

the Assistant director who handed him the gun needs to be charged with something,
Then, the armorer needs to be charged because she (or someone under her direction) readied the gun for the scene and cleared it to go before the assistant director ever even touched.
According to everything that has come out this was a failure by the entire system in place on that set. It seems that no one involved actually did their jobs.

Baldwin is pretty much a mega star. He's also a political player.
In this country, those people. play by different rules. They are the ones who groom government to accommodate their desires and overlook their mistakes.
Now, he's going to get sued, and hope it takes him down.

To date, Alec Baldwin’s money, politics and connections have ALWAYS enabled him to slide.
This man has a history of behavior that would get John Q. Average locked away in a padded cell.
