I do not get why they did not properly cover that area. You are totally exposed if the rain is coming certain directions.
As for Uber/Lyft that has gotten even worse at LAX where they are no longer curbside and you have to walk or shuttle to a transportation hub. It has been an even worse clusterf--- for the folks there.

All the airports are doing that these days. Last like 4 cities I've visited you had to walk to bfe to catch an uber.

Austin did this last year thinking it would alleviate arrivals level traffic. But instead you get two separate areas of clusterfrick.

Well I don’t travel all that much but I know just this year there are 3 airports that I’ve flown in with separate Uber lots.
LAX, SFO, SEA
