judging by some of the comments in the new Minnesota and Utah flag thread(s), seems like quite a few of our posters hate the Louisiana flag and it’s old design.

These state flag redesign movements are basically a communist plot. All part of the aim to destroy our national identity.

The SJW’s in Lafayette trying to change the Cajun flag to have a green creole flag or some shite. Of course, a beta soy boy is leading the charge

Obviously it would never fly today, but I always thought the LA flag from the Civil War era looked cooler than the current one.

Yeah, he argued that it is a regional flag that should represent all groups in the region, especially the 35% that are AA. The problem with his argument is that the region of Acadiana is defined by its connection to Acadie, not who lives there now. A Creole flag, sure. That works. You can have about eight different groups there. Acadiana is based on being French and Catholic.
