Make the bottom more rounded but accentuate 3 baby pelican heads in the bottom with 3 red drops above the heads.
I remember there was a kid that did a social studies fair project that discovered that the state at the time was not using the correct flag because it was missing the 3 drops of blood. So the legislature got involved and mandated the 3 drops of blood.

This should be the official flag for North central and the Florida parishes regions

I'm not sure what the all the panels in the Acadiana flag represent, but this alternate Pensacola flag design that I found has some similar stuff. When I first saw it, I thought it had to be an alternate Louisiana flag design.
