But, I have to say, you did choose great in your pick to follow someone around TD. There was a post I posted a few years ago I need you to look up for me. I couldn't find it yesterday. If I remember it I'll let you know, so keep on watch. Now get back to your typing and filling.

Ldl: 121 ng/dL

I tried to stay off statins for years but started with high cholesterol in my 20s. Diet and exercise helped a little but it was still high.

I'm not overweight. 6 foot 180, 24 BMI.

Finally in my 40s I gave up and took rosuvastatin and it dropped by LDL from over 157 to 85 and total cholesterol from 209 to 147. HDL still isn't great but triglycerides have always been normal.

Before statins I would take Niacin but I hated the flush. It worked ok I guess along with some crap called cholestoff

LDL from over 157 to 85

Dang, thats great! Believe the latest advice is LDL less than 100, unless you've had a MI, then less than 90.

I actually have high lipoprotein a (or had it elevated when I got blood work last year). Interestingly I was getting over second bout of Covid and apparently immune response can really bump it high in the following weeks. Talked to a good cardio who said it wasn’t anything to worry about yet as I’m still early 40s and historically my panel looks pretty good. But I had a massive jump from very low lipids to significantly higher in recovery.

red yeast rice doesnt contain much of the active anymore due to regs

use 4-8 caps of Nattokinase a day
use 6-8 caps of citrus bergamot
use 4-8oz pomegranate juice 100% not from concentrate
use 5g of krill oil daily (8 caps)
use 5000mcg of Vit k complex daily(2 caps)

for blood sugar use glucophase from SNS at 1-2 caps before every meal

do the above along with trying to clean up your diet and watch the amazing results.

Hey stupid, show me where I said dont take creatine. Liar. I told a story of a young man that ate half a large container of it, thinking it would make him bigger quickly. It destroyed his kidneys per the doc.

like i told you in the other thread...the doc is dumb AF. you would just piss out almost all of it and within 2 weeks levels would be back to normal.

like a million studies on this man. some with them testing the safety of 20+g daily for over 6 months. 1 time taking way way more would not do that to the kidneys and almost assuredly would make you start puking and shitting all over yourself.

the fact you believe that story pretty much negates any thing else you say invalid.

btw the Natt is most important then the pom and vit k of that stack.

the Natt at those dosages will also negate the spiked protein from the covid shot and any effects from it.

it will essentially lower your chance of stroke to almost nil.

the pom juice will actually remove plaque and lower your calcium scores. proven in like 3 different studies. worked everytime.

dante trudal has posted all of the studies on the stuff i listed on instagram. give him a follow. prolly #1 guy to follow for health stuff.

My first MI was at 43. 6'2", 195. Fit. lifted weight no family history, etc. nothing. Except 215chol and 105 ldl (estimate). Docs, who all knew me, kept saying,"Naw, it isn't an MI, its x or y. Luckily the RNs ,who picked me up in parking lot were really good friends. Everytime one of the docs said, "Its not a MI", she would say "Its a MI". Long story, but I coded, straightlined for 4 minutes. blah, blah, blah.

Moral of the story, is that if your chest hurts and you know its not indigestion, you should get to ER. Luckily, I worked at a hospital and collapsed in parking lot. So, if you have a reasonable LDL, slightly high, don't ignore chest pains. Free PSA.

Not meant to. There were warnings to me I didn't utilize. I was getting short of breath for about 2 days. The first serious sign was that my chest "felt full". For the next 2 hours I thought I had the flu, hence I was going home. As I said, they found me in ER parking lot. (At the last minute I decided I needed to go to ER because there was a little man in my chest desperately attempting to pry my sternum apart).

I’m 42. Also have worked out and done Triathlons/ ran my entire life.

What do you know about big jumps 777?

Like I had Trigs in the 20s (historically under 50 every time) that jumped into the 110s in less than a year.

LDL always 80s/90s (or lower) jumped to 153

VLDL 6>23

Total 150> 220

All within 9 months. I was under a lot of stress during that time but it seemed like an insane jump to me. No real fluctuation in body size/weight, BMI like 25-26 but I’m actually heavily muscled as I’ve lifted for almost 30 years. MDs weren’t too worried. It was about 2 weeks post 2nd Covid. I guess I also had Guillain barre reactivated as well at the time.

thats big jumps, for sure having lots of inflammation. some prolly from stress, some prolly from stress eating. I dont think big jumps are indicative of anything, but certainly concerning and something to watch. IMO blood sugar, hdl and ratio numbers are more important.

would prolly start taking the Natt and pom juice stack i listed above and recheck in 6 months

btw anyone that doesnt have any chol issues but is concerned about developing them....4oz of pom juice and 2 caps of Natt a day will pretty much prevent any type of build up and reduce chance of anythign big big.
