It's a long one, ~6 hours. Haven't started it yet but am extremely excited for this one. It's been too long.

I've never heard of this podcast. Is it something where I should start at episode 1 and listen from the beginning or is it better to just listen to the later episodes?

He does little mini series on certain historical events. You can just pick any series he does and start listening to em. Nothing is in chronological order, he'll do a series on the Greco-Persian Wars then turn around and do a series on WWI.

They're all top notch and very easy to understand.

He does separate topics. Some topics last several episodes but this is the start of a new one. Try this one out,if you like it you can go back and listen to some older ones. They are long and he usually goes 3 to 5 months between episodes.

That's what I'd tell him to start with. Best podcast I've ever heard

Prophets of doom was also fantastic. That was something I really had no knowledge of prior to listening

I enjoyed Ghosts of the Ostfront, I wish the episodes were longer though.

Ghosts of the Ostfront. It's about the eastern front of WWII in Europe.
