I always wondered if he was the source for the guest character on Friends that dated Monica awhile - the guy that was a rich tech entrepreneur and kept getting beat up trying UFC or something like that.

IIRC he only came to the states in 2002. Enrolled at Stanford for 2 days and then overstayed his visa. His frick you money came long after friends was written...,I think. I hope he leaves California.

I like the guy. The hate is due to the heavy subsidies (although many companies get subsidies) and the fact he’s making electric cars and not big block V8s.

He's the only guy with the balls to get off his arse and create new things. Meanwhile all the fat cats don't give a rats arse about scientific breakthroughs and use tech as a way to squeeze money out from the public. Elon gives them the finger successfully and i say good on him.
