yup. I'm glad they are pushing fat acceptance on us.
What an idiotic comparison. A fat person can lose weight. A person can get rid of Down’s syndrome or make their legs work properly again.

What says the OT about this new ad campaign?
It's a noble and kind sentiment. I'm sure it makes the girls in the photos who otherwise are very self-conscious about their looks feel great. But does it actually accomplish what is the goal of an advertisement...to entice people to buy your product?
Hell, most of us (myself included) don't look anything like fashion models. But clothes "look better" on good looking people. And subconsciously when we see those clothes on attractive people we think that we will look more attractive if we wear those same clothes.
There is a reason until recently clothing retailers/manufactures have always advertised their wears on attractive models. The two girls on the right could wear just about any swimsuit and make it look good. Put those same bikinis on the person to the left and suddenly no one wants to buy that bikini because they associate it with the ugly girl.

I fully understand what CoL is. Your argument was stupid then...and still is.

it was an autocorrect error. I meant to say "aren't" People with legit disabilities shouldn't be ostracized. AM should be applauded for what they are doing.

I see they're trying to tap the disability fetish market.
