I was just stuck in it, I was able to exit at the Highland exit, I lost about 30 minutes

This is where Baton Rouge would really benefit from having some "Welcome to Baton Rouge" signs placed by every exit.

Looks like the problem is solved. strap down that boat onto the back of the Pick-up and move the rusted trailer parts that are in pieces off the roadway. Don't know why this has to be so difficult.
