WFH and they don't give you a wireless Hotspot?

My oil company gives me one of those and pays for my home internet

They are going to fix the outlet then order the equipment to get sent to you in a day or two. You will then have to set it up yourself through the app but it’s not difficult. Just so you know

T-Mobile offers wireless internet, and if you're within their coverage area, speeds are pretty good. No contract, and I think it is less than $50 per month.

Just a thought if you can't make any progress with your apartment maintenance person.

Just saying if you work from home they should pay. They aren't paying for office space

They gave me 3 24 inch monitors also

Always expect things to go wrong and work that into your plans. Always.

The apartment complex does not have an "att guy".

Call customer service, create an account, and schedule an appointment. Tell them the previous tenant ripped out the equipment.

Because it's an apartment complex where ATT Fiber is literally the only choice for internet. They really think someone would move in and not have internet?

He's a representative from an authorized ATT retailer. Already received a call back and it sounds like he is going to facilitate someone actually coming out to fix this.

i tried ATT when they first got fiber optic in capital heights. every installer said the problem was the incompetence of the previous installer. i think i lasted 2 months before i gave up and went back to cox. Finally i picked up a tmobile 5g wifi box, and cancelled cox. no more problems.

Not only did the ONT get ripped from the wall, but it looks like it caught fire at one point based on markings on the bracket that go up the wall onto the wall panel.

I have concerns there could be electrical issues, much less trying to get my internet in order.
