BeBe is married to an older man, so I get this. However, I don't quite agree. Your range for "older women" is quite broad.
Not every 27 year old is a "used car" in the way that you are implying. A 23 year old could have had a lot more partners than some 28 year olds. I suppose it's okay for my older boyfriend to be a "used car?"
The major point you missed is that you need to marry someone who "fits" - someone with a similar background, goals, and values. That 23 year old could have come from a completely dysfunctional home, even though she's beautiful. She might not necessarily try harder if she views divorce as a very viable optionl. Choose carefully.

There is some consensus that women peak at about 28. Obviously, genetics, lifestyle and other factors will generate individualized experiences.
Whereas, men tend to peak about 35, same qualifiers.
