What is the point of owning dogs that are constantly left alone and fenced in a tiny area? I feel sorry for them. Of course they will become neurotic and yappy.

What's the point of owning dogs if YOU'RE NEVER frickING THERE?

My GSP wears one of those when we are away from home. It has changed my world and hers. She was tearing shite up constantly and I was at the end of my rope with her. Someone on here suggested it and it has been great for the last year.

Sneak into the a-holes yard and let the dogs out of that stupid fence-within-a-fence so they can chase lizards and run fast in the big yard. Poor dogs.

Do they really live there or is it a grow house for weed? How and when do they feed the dogs? If they have some kind of feeder that can be filled once a week the dogs may just be there to keep nosy neighbors from investigating.

Do you think they both work at night? They probably want the dogs to bark as much as possible if they do.

I would but the way their driveway is set up, it runs all the way to their backyard and their garage is in the back of their house. Don't think they've got a gate. So if I did that, the dogs would probably run away.

If that's the case then for an eighth a week I will allow the dogs to do their barking.

Which would be understandable, if they lived on like an acre or two of land. But since they live in a neighborhood, that can't fly.

Tell them maybe it is as simple as letting the dogs inside during the night, if they care about the dogs as much to do that work to the back yard then I am sure they want no additional drama.

I'm actually going through the same thing with a couple weenie dogs. I contacted the HOA and they said the couldn't help and to contact animal control or the police. I filed a complaint with the city animal control and they send a letter to the home owner. If it continues you can file a 2nd report which will end up with the home owner getting a ticket. The thing that has helped the most is I bought an electronic dog whistle on Amazon for $30. When those rat bastards start barking I light them up with the whistle and they run inside. Best $30 I have ever spent.

You're not allowed to make jokes of the macabre variety on the OT!! It's an extension of church.

Everything is to be taken literally & seriously. There is no room for absurdity or creativity.

A half dozen extra strength Advil covered with ground meat makes them sleep a bit longer.
