I never saw it happening yet. Its a college chick and they must stay up all ours of night and im sleep working 7/12's. When I wake up at 3 am they have about 4 cars at her house everyday. Last time I cut the grass only had about two dumps then yesterday I looked my yard is full of it.
Its just something someone shouldn't have to deal with. people should have enough respect to take care of there own animal.

Take this evil dogs poop and eat some. Call SPCA and inform them she is feeding her dogs bad food cause you tasted it's waste.

If you don't ask nicely for the pet owner to fix the problem, how do they know there is a problem. Most people don't have a problem with this, so they might not think anyone cares.
Is there really a problem with it? Do you step in it sometimes? Does it stink?
In our subdivision, I have had dogs crap in my yard. It doesn't bother me. With the rain Louisiana has, it never stays around long. When I walk my dog, sometimes he goes in other peoples yard. Nobody says anything. I would hope if anyone had a problem with it, they would just come and ask me to do something about it.
She is probably just like the 99.99999999% of the country that doesn't think it's a big deal and probably never even crossed her mind.
