Never saw the dog.

But you know it was the neighbors.

Also you sound like a miserable person.

You hate animals and you have no proof that it's her dog. Could be a raccoon or some other animal visiting your yard when you're not looking.

Right now, you have nothing.

Neighbor comes home everyday, let’s the puny little bastard out and he does his job in my yard.
I asked her politely, you know, “like an adult” next day the dog is doing his job in my yard.
So I just scooped it up and put it right by the drivers door of her vehicle.
It took a few occurances but, finally worked.

If you don't ask nicely for the pet owner to fix the problem, how do they know there is a problem. Most people don't have a problem with this, so they might not think anyone cares.

exactly.
You have to tell them first. If they choose to ignore you after that, then do whatever the hell you want that would involve you taking the poop and creatively putting it back in her yard.

I had a neighbor, and i use the term neighbor loosely b/c this neigbor lived about 15 houses down the street from me, who would let her dog out and for whatever reason, that dog would walk his arse all the way down the street to shite in my yard. Did it constantly. Probably smelled my two dogs shite so wanted to mark some territory. I told her to please stop letting her dog walk down the street by itself and shite in my yard. She said sorry and we went about our day. Few days later, little shite came take a crap in my yard again. I left the poo. Same thing happened the next day, and the next. Then i took all three terd piles and put them right outside her carport door so when she'd walk out the door to go to work, she'd step in shite.
Dog quit shitting in my yard after that.

Befriended my neighbors dog back in the day.

It grew to like me more than them, I taught it to use another neighbors yard.

I absolutely hate animals. I even cut the girls grass for her because I don't think she owns a lawnmower and is so lazy. I work to much so I never saw her dog yet and barely see her. Whats the best way to handle this?
