Neighbors dog attacked my parents dog

I’m watching my parents dog while they’re on vacation and the neighbors weimaraner bit the dog when it was out doing it’s business. They seem like good people but I feel like I should say something. The dog is acting skittish and lathargic but it’s not life threatening or anything. Should I just let it be or say something?

The only solution is to screw your neighbors wife and assert your dominance.
Then you let your parents dog screw her too.

Bang the neighbor's wife. Tell you parents it was the chupacabra.

What kind of dog is your parents dog?
Your yard or the neighbors yard?
If the neighbors dog came into yours and attacked it then I’d say something for sure.

1) shoot both dogs
2) contribute to the current “how to cope with the loss of a dog” thread
3) ???
4) profit with occupation of time

Ask them for proof of current rabies shot.

On a serious not it’s a little concerning because i have a young daughter and I don’t know if she should play outside anymore. That’s the main reason I feel like I should say something but at the same time I don’t want to come across as a dickhead because I know they’re good people

Quit being a pussy and asking a message board what you, as a grown arse adult should do. Go talk to them.
Jesus and bring the dog to a vet.
How do you even know it was the neighbors dog who bit it? you weren't even at home when it happened? youre a terrible caregiver for your parents dog.

If the neighbors’ dog has any history of biting, it shouldn’t be outside roaming freely, anyway.

Uh huh. So you let the dog out unsupervised and it got into dog things.
Is your yard fenced? Did you have it on a lead or did the wife allow it to roam the ‘hood freely, again unsupervised?

Get the dog checked at a vet. Bites can get nasty if left unchecked. Talk to the neighbor and explain what happened. shite happens sometimes. Just give them the info. If it happens again, report it to the authorities.

The problem is neither you or your wife actually saw what happened so you're making assumptions. And yeah id call you an a-hole for accusing my dog of something if you never even saw it happen. and id call you an a-hole if you were my son too and couldn't care for my dog.
