She’s ghetto? The sentence structure of that pile of word vomit makes it sound like you’re ghetto once removed.

I can’t stress enough, go see a lawyer about this and discuss the facts with someone knowledgeable in property law for your jurisdiction.

To get her arrested, yes.

But she already admitted that she had the wrong lot accidentally mowed the first time. Then even after that, she had the lot mowed again and trees cut down. At minimum she was extremely negligent, if not intentional, in having trees cut on a lot that wasn’t hers. OP should have a pretty easy civil case to sin against her

I hate to hear about your situation, but I'm not surprised. Think about it: She decided to make a living dealing with felons on a daily basis, so that should tell you everything. Once trailer trash, pretty much always trailer trash!

Did you confirm the pine trees were removed? I’m wondering how many, because that sounds very pricey. This actually seems unreal. I can’t picture someone so sloppy spending their money having pine trees cut down…unless she was worried they’d fall on her house eventually.

At this rate she'll own your lot, as well, due to adverse possession without so much as having forked over a penny.

Should’ve called. And you should aggressively push the issue of her fricking with your lot. She’s going to end up trying to claim your lot when it’s all said and done.

A guy who owned a towing service bought 20 acres next to us I was a little concerned but he assured me his business was separate from his home completely. Fast forward about 6 months and I got a freaking junkyard next door. Moral of the story your neighbor is who they are not who they tell you that they are.

There are always 2 sides to any story so I’d like to hear her side before making any judgment.

Just kidding.

She’s clearing the land, not just mowing it, for a reason. If she says the surveys are not accurate, she’s buying time so she can implement her plans. Even if she builds on your property and a new survey shows she built on your land, she’ll give you a low ball offer on the lot to make the headache go away.

She works with dangerous criminals on a daily basis. Her customers come to her because they’re desperate for cash. Is it that hard to believe she might make a deal with a customer to do something illegal in lieu of cash payment?
