You got it man. I believe another poster went through something similar (including intubation) and is recovering well. Apparently success off the vents is much higher than in prior months of this, but we will pray she avoids it entirely.

They are gonna run another test on her shortly and if her numbers haven’t improved they gonna have to put her on a ventilator. Really scared here guys.
I’d be worried if they’re that quick to put her on a vent they’ll be that quick to giver her Remdesivir and destroy her kidneys.

Vent seems like the worst thing they do. I'd ask for some of the other treatments (Ivermectin, monoclonal ab, or at least a steroid for inflammation) and see what they say
All of this x 100. Not wanting to scare you but at the same time I want to be real. Based upon our families personal experience a ventilator is the absolute last thing you want. All my prayers are with you and your family.

Prayers sent to Mrs. Pj and your family.
Hopefully she can avoid the ventilator with another form of treatment.

Just talked to new nurse who has been in New Orleans level 1 trama unit for covid for over a year. She has said my wife is at the bottom of the hill and will take a miracle to get her climbing up said hill. They are doing the things you posted ponchy.

Sorry to hear about this. Prayers for you and your wife.
I met with a guy last week who spent 45 days in the hospital and a week on a ventilator with Covid. He’s still with us. Good outcomes are the rule, not the exception, even in cases that look bad at first.

Prayers brother. Good lifelong friend of mine just went home after being on a vent. Praying for y'all to have a similar outcome.

That is really tough, good luck - be adamant about monoclonal antibodies.
