Y'all are looking at the correct answer, not picking a random answer.
You are picking A, B, C, or D at random, not picking an actual answer.

No. There’s only one right answer. A b c or d.
The percent behind is irrelevant. No matter what numbers are given, only one is right.
Each of them can say 25%, doesn’t matter. Only one of them is correct the other 3 are wrong.

If the question had option E, stating both A and D are correct (as they appear to be if you look at the answers) then you’d have a 1/5 chance at guessing the right answer (e) making your random chance 20%

Yes, but what determines the “correct” answer to this question? Multiple choice does not necessarily imply that a correct choice exists, nor does it imply that incorrect choices exist.
I still think it’s a paradox. All answers are equally correct and incorrect, thus there is no answer.

No. It is not. In a multiple choice question, unless otherwise stated, there is only one correct answer.
The only information that is relevant to the “impossible” question is that it is a multiple choice question (one right answer) and four possible answers.
What the question being asked is irrelevant. What the answers to the question are is irrelevant. All that is relevant in the information given is that it is a multiple choice question and there are 4 choices to make at random.
Without looking at the question, or the answers, and knowing that there is only one right answer in a multiple choice question, one can deduce that you have a 1/4 chance of Selecting the correct answer.
Only one of the 25% is correct. The other is a red herring. If both were correct, there would be an option E stating that both A and D are correct or stating “more than one of the above”

They are the same. As you point out, if they are both correct, then there would be a "both A and D" choice. So by that logic, neither can be correct. So it's not one of them.
The rest of your assumptions are not part of the question. In fact, there is no question, only a self reference to "this question." There is no correct answer, and thus, no incorrect answer.

Once again. You’re looking at the frivilous information given. All that matters in the question is you have 4 options to choose from. One is right. 3 are wrong. At random, you have a 1/4 chance of picking the “right” answer.

It doesn't specify if its multiple choice or multiple answer.
So regardless of the listed answers, choosing 1 of 4 is 25%.
But you are not asked to pick from the choices on the question, only to answer the probability that you will correctly pick 25%, which is 2 of 4.
Thus 50% chance you randomly pick an A or D.

Given this a little though and you are actually incorrect. Given the way the question is worded, neither the question nor the answers are relevant. The only thing that is relevant is that there are four options and you are asked what the odds are that you would pick the one that is the correct answer to the question. But the question is irrelevant as are the answers. Either A,B,C, OR D has to be correct. so four choices, you get one selection. That's simple math 1/4 or 25%, so if you answered either answer that was 25% you would be correct.
It's a complete trick question. 25% is absolutely the correct answer though.
