Either A,B,C, OR D has to be correct
Why?

Why?
Because the question and the answers are irrelevant.
In other words if the question just said "Randomly Choose , A,B,C, or D. What are the odds that you would choose one of them? That's all that matters. The odds that you would choose any one of the four answers is 1/4 or 25%.

The odds of answering correctly given 4 choices would be 25%.
So, since 25% is listed twice, there's actually a 50% chance that you would randomly select A or D, which both contain a correct answer to the question.
So, since the chances of correctly guessing at random is actually 50%, the single correct answer to the question is answer B.
But you only have a 25% chance of selecting choice B at random, so now you're back to either A or D, which gives you a 50% chance, so now you're back at B, which gives you a 25% chance, so now you're back to either A or D, which gives you a 50% chance, so now you're back at B, which gives you a 25% chance, so now you're back to either A or D, which gives you a 50% chance, and so on... so it's a paradox.

It all hinges on whether or not you accept the question as a multiple choice question or a multiple response question.
Multiple choice = 1/4
Multiple response 1/2
Multiple choice = 1/4
Multiple response 1/2

The answer depends upon the answer, not how you interpret the question. It says to chose AN (just one) answer. If there are two identical correct answers out of 4, and you can only choose one, then the chance is 50%.
Try to use your own reasoning to answer this one...
If you choose an answer to this question at random, what is the chance you will be correct?
A. 25%
B. 25%
C. 75%
D. 25%

(C) 60% is the only reasonable answer
Exactly. This is from HS. If you do not know the answer, go with C. It's the Sex Panther of answers. 60% of the time it works every time.

Then that’s not multiple choice that’s multiple response. Thanks for playing.

Since the thread title states it’s multiple choice, not multiple response, there is only ONE correct answer. Not two.
1 correct answer out of four = 25%

Choosing A or D is automatically the wrong answer because they are the same. The only right answer could be B or C. So the chances of randomly choosing B or C is 25%. The fact that A and D is 25% is somewhat confusing but could have been any number that is the same.

There is a 50% chance you will randomly pick a letter corresponding to the correct answer out of the 4 choices given.
You are only selecting 1 answer however two of the choices have the correct %. If the options were
A: 25%
B: 25%
C: 25%
D: 25%
You would have 4 choices but a 100% chance of choosing the right one.

And I might add there is no question.
".....your answer will be correct."
Your answer to what question?

None of the choices are possible or potential answers. They are totally irrelevant. Even if they appear to present themselves as potential correct answers.
I assume the actual question is:
if there are four possible choices and one choice is the correct answer, what's the probability that you will select that answer randomly, like drawing it from a hat?
Reminds me of graffiti on wall in a pub I once frequented. "Don't you feel more like now than you did when you first got here?"

The only thing that is relevant is that there are four options and you are asked what the odds are that you would pick the one that is the correct answer to the question
No. You are misreading the question. The question says "an answer", not "one answer." It then asks what are the chances that you will be correct. It doesn't state, or even imply, that only one of the answers is correct nor does it specifically ask you to pick the one answer.
