Having trouble even getting someone out to give a quote. Anybody have a recommendation. Also what should I expect as far as paying up front for the design hours. Nothing extravagant. Need the front elevation pretty much re-done from scratch, run minimal drainage, and looking for advice on what to plant in backyard along fence. Possibly might re-do fence too.

I would start at Lowe's or Home Depot. They have some sharp guys from what I have seen on their TV commercials.

I've used Smith and Baker Landscapes and I've been pleased.

Plantech! The owner is a landscape architect and he'll come out and design your site for free if you buy the plants from them. Very nice people

Call mike porter. He draws for a lot of builders. He does everything from small projects, to multimillion dollar homes, to commercial projects. He is also a contractor for GW Oliver. When it comes to installation, call Steve Rowley. He owns Hydroscapes.

I wouldn't call Steve Rowley / Hydroscapes. He wouldn't take care of my small problems once he got paid.

I was a landscape architect on the team for the new Woman's. Don't remember Treppendahl doing anything out there. Maybe they came in later. I remember we had a shitty landscape contractor who I won't mention. Wish I could have had someone like Treppendahl doing the initial install. Would have turned out a lot better.
