Need help with birthday present for wife

I'm hoping this will be good.
Wife's birthday is Sunday and her "real" present is an event we're attending, but i want to get her a little something to be nice. I've been out of town since last week and just couldn't find anything I wanted. It's not like I forgot, but I don't want to be empty handed on the day. She's a good hearted woman woman in love with a good-timin' man. She loves me in spite of my wicked ways
She don't understand so I think she deserves something.
Aside from the best sex of her life, PIIHB, and a facial, any suggestions for something say under $50 and availabe at a retail store in BR. She's I guess mid-30s.
