Need flooring, handyman, general contractor recommendations in br

Buying house in midcity BR which needs very minor updates.
Need someone to update flooring in kitchen and one bedroom
Need minor household repairs that could be handled by handyman (no major pluming or electrical
Need general fencing/yard work (pulling out sago palms (I have a dog... Toxic) and removing bananas
any recommendations appreciated for any of these

Angie's list is now free. I've had good luck there. You can see past reviews and also have the ability to leave a review; positive or negative and that will hopefully make the contractor more likely to provide better service.

They used to have Calvin's maintenance but I think they changed the name and his sons run the business now. They handle everything.
