Good commentary and put things in perspective... Thank you all and I continue to welcome other feedback.
We cook for each other all the time and that would require us to make plans in advance for tomorrow night (which would be awkward because it is valentine's day).
This is the plan I am going with unless someone else comes up with something better:
-Go grocery shopping tonight in the event that when we talk tomorrow about plans for the weekend that I can casually offer to make dinner at my place (but the dinner will be a little nicer than usual).
-Also, we do enjoy getting last minute cheap seats and going to concerts together (as a lot of major acts come through here). She's been eyeing Lady Antebellum in March (which I could care less about). A vendor offered me two tickets and is dropping them off this afternoon. I'll literally keep them in my back pocket and play it by ear tomorrow if I casually present them to her on a day that also happens to fall on Valentine's Day.
-I'll stay away from the card. I gave her a nice one with an ornament and an iPad accessory (great suggestion at Christmas for an ambiguous relationship gift from the OT - hence why I returned). She gave me a small gift (cheap cuff links) without a card then.

Seriously though, you obviously are in love with her and want more. She wants to treat you as a casual frick buddy because it allows her to frick other guys. Does this attitude toward sex not bother you - if she comitted to you, do you not worry that she would frick around on you? I guess I'm just old fashioned when it comes to women screwing multiple guys.
