Break up with her? How long have you been dating? Living with a person you’ve slept with that isn’t your SO is a clear cut deal breaker in almost any serious relationship.

Agree with this sentiment. Now you’re just the ‘jealous boyfriend‘ amongst the group of her, her roommate, and this guy. They’ll get together for a few drinks, bitch about you, and still end up banging.

To me it doesn’t matter at this point if op changes her mind and he doesn’t stay. She obviously doesn’t respect him or consider his feelings. Whether or not she intended to frick the guy would be irrelevant to me, it’s the fact she can’t respect him enough to understand that it will cause him anxiety and worry over what she is doing while the guy stays with her.
He should break it off and tell her he is doing it because she doesn’t respect him. Maybe she will understand and make it right or maybe she will let him go because she really doesn’t care about him. But OP needs to show he will walk away, he will find out then her true feelings. But he doesn’t need to make it about jealousy or mistrust cause that will put her on the defensive and make him look insecure. Make it about lack of respect
