The whole fuel system is going to need to be redone due to all the old gas that's now full of water. Plus all the fluids and other aforementioned parts. I'd be interested in buying if you'd like to make your life a lot easier..

Man, check all fluids. Pump the tires and drive that shite to a garage. It will need all off the fluids changed and new tires…but not much else.

Change the oil. Siphon out as much of the gas as you can. Add fresh gas and a bottle of heet. Drive to a tire shop and throw on new tires. Drive car.

As other posters said, replace everything that is prone to age out. That means rubber components, I.e., belts, hoses, and tires. I’m not sure if the 6.1 has a timing chain or a belt, but if it’s the latter, you might want to get that shite done before she actually starts putting mileage on it.
