Need a diagnosis, treatment

Shoulder/neck pain, pretty severe, numbness in right index finger. It's been going on for over 2 months now. Initially, I thought I slept wrong, but it never stopped. Wasn't severe at first but has been getting progressively worse. Numbness started a month ago, and pain became more severe this week.

Pinched nerve in the neck: C6 radiculopathy.
See an MD who specializes in spinal conditions for thorough evaluation. Can be treated non-operatively.

You need to vertically stretch your neck. You need some real horsepower for this. Don't worry about ripping your head off, it almost never happens.

Probably a pinched nerve or bulging disc. You should see an orthopaedist first. Then probably follow up with a good chiropractor. As an aside, did you switch your pillow you sleep with recently before your pain started?
