need a cutting board

tired of my old PoS one, i want a decent wooden big cutting board.
any recommendations? also, im not buying one of those 200-300 dollar ones, even know i know they are badass.

Make sure you get end grain. It's the way the wood is cut.
If you don't get end grain it will flake and peel and go to shite very quickly

yeah I have a big wooden expensive one that never gets used cause it's easier to wash the small plastic one

I just switched from wood to a big plastic one with a blood moat.

Boos end grain maple. Try to get at least 2" thick. Last board you'll own.

I could make you one. Price depending on size, thickness and type of wood desired. Are you looking for edge grain, long grain or end grain?

Cypress ain't all that hard. I wouldn't think it would make a real good cutting board. It's quite splintery too.
