It's horrible for you.
How fat in the world is the OT that people are looking for ways to eat fake sugar? It's ridiculous.
For a board full of ballers with hot wives, there sure are a lot of fatties.

He thinks he is. IT nerd if you ask me. But, he's Keto this and Bulletproof that. He doesn't turn down pizza. He calls my balanced diet philosophy "bro science", so I started doing the same about his keto. He gets SO angry, SO quickly. It's awesome.

Stevia. The real, powdered shite from Whole Foods works.
There is no such thing as free lunch. Just because it's not sugar, does not mean your body does not treat it as such.

Wife and I are lowering sugar intake or at least trying
If you don't want to use artificial you are still getting all the calories of refined sugar with honey, agave nectar, all that shite. It is still sugar. I am sure there are some bullshite studies that say honey is somehow healthier than refined sugar, but I don't buy it. All empty calories.

My dietitian's thing was everything had to be natural/organic
And only a little honey in a cup of coffee. Because like you said it's still calories

Then why is it "refined". Study up on that part and I'll think you'll understand.

I put sugar in my coffee with unsweetened almond milk. Either that or I drink it black (depends on the quality of coffee).
When I do put sugar in my coffee, I put in only a little bit. I take a spoon and only scoop a pinch that barely covers the tip of the spoon.

ugar is natural. Just buy the natural sugar and not the refined over processed
Nice pseudoscience. Natural doesn't mean it won't make you fat

I'll do the same if I'm not drinking black. It ends up being less than one gram of sugar or so. Which is pretty much nothing compared to the 40 grams of sugar in a coke. Also it doesn't make your coffee taste like syrup

I like my coffee like I like my women, with no pubic hair.

Not quite sure what gaps you're referring to, but I tried to be brief figuring no one really gave a crap about the details, but since you asked:
I couldn't tell you the exact size of the bag, maybe 16oz. It had been recently purchased so it was mostly full. Got home and it was everywhere on the floor and carpet, so it would appear he didn't actually ingest much of it, but how much will forever remain a mystery.
Vet said even a tablespoon of it can take down a dog his size (and he's not small), so no. The same amount in chocolate would not have the same effects. Same goes for cane sugar I would imagine.
The stuff does have a different effect on dogs as it does humans. It apparently makes their blood sugar plummet. Which is what happened to my dog.
