National military tiers

I was looking for a picture of a meme I saw posted here a while ago and came upon this picture. How accurate would you say it is?
I would think the Italian tier is pretty spot on minus the Roman Empire.
Eta: imo, whoever created this should’ve broken up countries with ancient militaries that were great like the Mongols and Romans.

Can't be the case. Way too many countries are in the wrong tier.
Ottoman Empire doesn't even exist anymore. How can France be a top tier? They have been taken over twice. The USA is rated as a top tier, yet they have defeat two God tiers multiple times. China should be much higher, they are a powerhouse now.

Well god tier has an empire that doesn't exist anymore and 2 that are shells of what they used to be. Germany lost the 2 biggest wars they had and England needed merica to save their asses in both of those as well.

We beat the frick out of 2 in the God Tier. There have been 2 wars grand enough to be called WORLD WARS... we won them both.

Found it interesting that under the + for Vietnam they list them as "best at jungle fighting after Australia", yet Australia didn't make any tier. Also, in the high tier, who's flag is the green and white after Canada?
