They've got a bunch of them hemmed up and are about to start arresting them. They gave the order to disperse 45 minutes ago. They're closing in on them from both directions.
ETA: "They" being LAPD, CHP SWAT, and other local departments.

I don’t think a lot of these people have a clear plan in mind and are shortsighted. Someone told them there was a protest and they are. Someone told them protests have worked in the past so it emboldens them but that ignores the fact that protests like the Civil Rights era had much better arguments, leadership, planning, and goals.
Either that or they’re delusional enough to believe this will be spread enough around the country to change Trump’s mind.

They are delusional, because they live in very liberal cities in very liberal areas of those cities. They rarely travel outside of those areas. A lot of those people really have no idea that they are vastly in the minority across the country in regards to illegal immigration across the southern border.
Even the people that may not want to deport everyone here, generally speaking strongly favor closing the border down.

The elite organizers started to push out American flags trying to counter the horrible optics waving foreign flags hurting the public's opinion of the rioters and helping Trump’s.
