I am giving thanks to Bourbon for taking the heat of the Scotch market. So I will lift my dram of cheap but hardy Speyburn Bradan Orach to the gods of Bourbon.

EC 18 and Rebel 10 3rd glass will either be weller antique or eht straight rye… I never have more than 3 glasses in an evening

Pretty much any wild Turkey product is a good choice
