I’m on my way to Lee County now for work. Building cell tower sites in Hatchechubbee. Really worried about what I’m going to be driving into.

Pretty sure that highway is the one we were taking through Beauregard last week when we were there. A lot more worried about what we might see than the work we have to do.

We do most of the civil for these NSB. Slab, power plant, dc12s, and flex cabinets. We stop at the ice bridge though

Seems like models missed the area of convergence for those upper and lower level winds.

I just did not expect the threat yesterday to produce a tornado like this.

While only an EF-1, NWS did confirm a tornado in the Columbia metro area occurred yesterday. Crazy.

I didn't either but in my years of living in Alabama I know that anything can happen at any time of year around here.

It really didn't look especially good for tornadoes, at least as of midnight Sunday. Wasn't a lot of twist in the wind profile. Saw a storm chaser late Saturday comment how it didn't look like much, and sarcastically said it would be an outbreak with how many busts have happened in the past year or so.

Makes you really appreciate the busts.

There is a good chance you are installing products I either designed or helped design.

As for someone's question about Nokia they are big on the carrier side of the equation. When you see carriers talking about their new 5G networks it is probably powered by Nokia's radio technology.
