Nashvillians - Looting?

Just curious, has Nashville experienced any looting following this devastating tornado? It's my understanding that Germantown and East Nashville, the areas affected the most, are gentrified areas? Any reports on looting? We had some in certain areas after Hurricane Florence. We all remember the Katrina stories.
Also, have the scuzzy, out-of-state, real estate investors come by offering to pay off the house note?

Not really at all. Not in East Nashville at least. Everyone has really banded together and helped one another. East Nashville is Nashville's most close-knit community (not really debatable imo), and they all rallied together and have helped all out - residents and businesses.

There have been very isolated incidents of looting and not very many of them.
It is not a huge issue, although it is not totally non-existent. Germantown is the only area I've heard of it happening though.

It looks like quite a bit of the interior is still intact. But, yeah, he could just be full of shite too. Wouldn't be the first to use disaster to make a quick buck.
