I don't understand why some governments are freaking out about Thanksgiving dinners when dining at restaurants has been allowed under their watch.

If you see a Thanksgiving dinner with >8 people then make sure you report it to your local Gestapo.

The science behind this is that 1 in every 9 people have a 68.43% chance of being infected so I totally get the logic limiting a free country to 8 people.

The amount of people who follow this rule will be low.

The amount of Karens who report people for not following the rule will be high

What are they going to do? Knock on my door for an inspection? I'm anticipating my household to host 16 people next Thursday.

ETA: John Cooper has been the biggest dickwad of Mayor that we've had in a long time.

Lol good luck on enforcement.

I half wish Texas would do the same just so I can break the stupid rule on principal. Of course, some of the people I have coming would likely back out.

I don't understand actually banning this just issue guidance. The people who were going to have 20 people will still have 20 and the people who were going to have 8 will still have 8. You look like much less of an a-hole and this wont be enforced regardless.

Didn't one of your mayors have to resign recently?

Nashville will be a shithole within 10 years.
