AM radio. People act like it’s the greatest thing ever, but it’s mainly static and mairiachi music.

Outside of trucks, Toyotas are overrated. I think people just use them pretty lightly, and have low expectations, so they think these vehicles are better than they are.

Large crawfish boils.
If you're hosting, it basically boils (

I actually wholeheartedly agree with this. I'm so glad we seem to have halted our annual large boil.

I already alienated myself in this forum enough so, frick it:
Boiled crawfish. Work to food ratio is horrendous, I smell like absolute arse for two days, and I still end up hungry. At least a crab boil leaves me satisfied.
Fried tails, etoufee, and other dishes are the superior ways of eating it.
Only good thing about a crawfish boil is getting shitfaced loaded.

Is this actually what you meant to convey as in Toyota trucks are the vehicles in the lineup that are properly rated but the cars are overrated?
I don't think Toyota cars are overrated in the reliability and dependability metric. They tend to be a half cycle to a cycle behind on bells and whistles but that is what helps them excel in reliability.
I would however agree the majority of first owners tend to use their Toyota trucks in a fairly light-duty manner but the majority of first owner half-ton trucks are driven mostly like sedans IME.
