Honestly, I think essentially no humans reach their full potential at any single endeavor. I feel like it is almost impossible a human to give 100% to anything over any period of time isn't logically counted in seconds. This is one reason I have always hated the I/he/she was/is giving 110%. 110% more than they usually give sure but you can't give 110% effort.
