Came here to say San Fran as well. I've got family there so been there several times the last time being mid 2016. Rented a car that trip and driving around was surprisingly easy. Took a boat out from Fisherman's Wharf to fish for half a day. Didn't save up enough time for a Giants game. Overall trip was great and I'd go back.

Galveston.

The brown water is good for fishing (if you know the right spots).

Been to both multiple times and Bourbon is way better. Beale street is really short compared to Bourbon and Bourbon has a lot more going on imo

Beale is a cleaner version of bourbon. Still have the bars and music scene but Beale doesn’t have near the trashiness.

Atlanta. Surprisingly liked the area. Guess I didn't see all the bad areas.

I went there for the first time around age 25. I was blown away by how different it was from the picture painted for me by other New Orleanians. I've lived here now for almost 8 years, in good neighborhoods and relatively bad ones, and I love this city. Very little about New Orleans appeals to me anymore, and that includes the people.

Pittsburgh: Great culture, history, & an underrated food town. Medical(hospitals) & financial hub of the lower Midwest.

And also one of the prettiest skylines you'll ever see. And my hometown.

The City of Champions.

i went to atlanta expecting to like but i thought it was a bigger shithole than new orleans or baton rouge. downtown is atrocious and buckhead is incredibly overrated.

Careful. According to most on here it's a shithole when in actuality it's a beautiful city.

I'm with you on Galveston. Houstonians shite on it so much that it's easy to overlook it or take it for granted.

I really like Jacksonville, especially the beach scene there. Very underrated and the whole city is usually unanimously shite on

Used to live in Memphis and agree 100%.

Milwaukee is one of my five favorite cities in America and it doesn't get it's due at all. The lake, the neighborhoods, the bars, the architecture...it's all fantastic. Truly a great town.

Minneapolis is probably overrated on a national level, but underrated on TD. Saint Paul is particularly nice -- I could take or leave Minneapolis itself.
