1) Phil Mickelson- one of the very few who didn't lay down and die when Tiger came onto the scene
2) "Authentic" cuisine- The place, when you go somewhere, that has done one thing exactly the same way for generations. Maybe there are better restaurants, maybe someone has figured out a way to improve on the original, but the authentic place always wins in my mind.
3) No Limit Hold em. If I didn't have a wife and kids, I'd be a professional poker player
4) California Coast- There is nothing more beautiful than waves crashing against rocks.
5) A Topwater Strike- I'd rather catch one big spec on a Top Dog than 25 small ones on soft plastics.
