No atty will take this b/c they know they will never get their money back. He owes half of the atty's in BR and NOLA

It doesn't take a genius to see the rampant fraud at the local and state levels of government, and until he starts going after them I refuse to give him clicks. Low hanging fruit that won't fight back is entertaining but there's no risk.

Kelly laid off everyone but a few the day before Christmas Eve 2019. People had to force him to get their paychecks.
He kept a few for who knows what b/c bonding company had taken over and equipment was to be auctioned off. The remaining employees he switched to 1099. He applied for a PPP loan using old company records saying he had 75 employees when he really had 0. He got 2.6 million in PPP money. Since then he has gotten a second round for another 2 million and that is all of your hard working tax paying money

We have spoken to so many but they know they will never get paid for the their time and work. Kelly skips out on his bills and owes 100 of 1000s of dollars to several atty's in BR, NOLA, and Tampa. Anyone that will do work for him as an attorney is an idiot but at least they have learned to get the money upfront!

Oh I didn't completely answer your question. To handle this is a very specialized field you have to be very schooled in Erisa Law and be an employment lawyer. They are not your run of the mill ambulance chasers.
