Earlier I posted all of his llc's. My understanding is he joined into partnership with collis temple in his Bridging the Gap company and they were bidding on drainage work possibly in St. Tammany but DOTD quickly learned Kelly was in on it so it didn't work out. This is information from other CB ex-employees so I can't say for certain but I did see the drainage articles and I posted the llc's.

Landon’s father was the head of CB’s traffic control/safety division. Or at least he was when I worked there a few years ago.
