If you go to the link there's a photo taken from the clown's perspective. Either the clown took the photo or someone sat in the clown's lap. Both scenarios are equally horrifying.

I know a couple that lives on Maui that does all, well almost all of there household shopping on line from Costco, on the west coast, everything delivered to their front door, by Amazon I think, saves them a fortune from buying locally

First, I don't believe he's never been seen. I'm just arguing its not impossible.
To further argue this for no reason, I'll say there are tons of apps where you can get people to do chores for you like that. Had a buddy who broke his leg and used an app (I think "Favor" but maybe not) to come to his house and clean up and walk his dog.
Or he could just throw it out the fricking window.
