frick it, i'd buy it. There is probably a cat or some shite upstairs. The whole "we can't tell you what's upstairs" thing might be a marketing trick. I doubt there is a serial killer or something living there.. And since there is no such thing as "ghost", then that's out of the picture.

Maybe its a hot and horny woman up there.. Who knows? Whatever it is, something positive can be made of it.
