What’s the opposite of go woke go broke? Theyre trying to make it illegal to love America.

A large amount of surplus industrial equipment from the company MyPillow is now up for auction online, including from the company's Minnesota factory. The items are being auctioned off using K-BID Online Auctions and items include dock trucks, sewing machines, forklifts, boxes and more, according to the listing page. 824 items will be auctioned off and the event ends on July 18 at 7 p.m.

Mike Lindell, the MyPillow Chief Executive Officer, told Minnesota television station WCCO that the auction is a surplus auction. Lindell said MyPillow in-store sales were canceled by retailers such as Walmart and Bed, Bath & Beyond.

I thought the vast majority of their sales were direct to comsumer. Retailers dropping them shouldnt matter that much
More likely that everybody that wanted a mypillow now has one

I assume it would have to be since no major stores carry the pillows any longer.

Well, BB&B is about to be the next Radio Shack, so no biggie. Wal Mart is tough for American made products, just ask Rubbermaid.
It may be the opposite of “get woke, go broke”; that’s probably a good analogy. I don’t have a problem with the market responding. He’s been very outspoken on his election fraud claims, and it’s possible that his company and all it’s employees are suffering.

Especially when you can't use the fight for Trump and Trump won promo codes in stores.

Yeah theyve pretty much gone out of business themselves.

idk why businesses don't just keep their mouths shut about political issues. you're gonna piss off 50% of folks one way or another.
eta: 19 for a queen size pillow. screw it, I'm gonna try one out.

I would argue this is pretty close to going woke and broke. Dude wouldn't stop bringing up politics and his brand suffered.

You'd have to be a crackhead to be a business owner and insert yourself into politics these days

Yes, the arbitration panel awarded Robert Zeidman the 5 million dollars. He showed the "data" Lindell was touting had nothing to do with 2020 election and the packet data was just a bunch of random nonsense. Lindell obviously got taken, he like me and I assume most of us would have no idea what we were looking at. He trusted random people and made a $5 million contest on something he didn't understand.

Yep. He offered the reward and then (predictably) welched once someone proved his data was bunk.
He also tried to pull a fast one in that little competition by setting a time limit to prove it was bunk, while dumping a new batch of data onto the contestants the day the competition was scheduled to end.
Massive grifter.

Gimmicks run their course. George Forman grill is the best example. There is nothing special about My Pillow. I bought one 10 years ago and thought it was a rip off.

Every time I see a myPillow in the store, I feel it and it feels like a POS

It's idiocy. Just sell your products without mixing in anything that's polarizing. That's a sure fire way to potentially kill your business.
