2020 incentive program is gone for us already. Be happy as long as they don’t have to cut staff.

Hopefully they roll out the plans to distribute hours between the fry cooks and cashiers. And use the downtime to fix the ice cream machines.

We had one. Outcome was 500 people being laid off in the next 14 days.

Yeah a little annoyed with our structure. 3/31 year end and they don't pay until end of May.
That said compared to other issues people are facing not big.

With that being said goals are tied to 2019, so it would be kind of shitty for a company to pull back

Yep we achieved in 2019 but still bigger issues going around. Salty because really worked a ton last year and have 80hr week coming up pre meeting
Probably more work from home hang in there pep rally
