My trashy cousin is trying to pawn her mistakes off on me

I have a complete pos for a cousin who has 3 kids by 2 different baby daddys, is unemployed and is trying to make me, her 21 year old college student cousin who makes little over minimum wage at a hardware store and lives with 2 other college kids, watch 2 of her kids for the next 2 weeks because she has to "study" for her nursing exam 
i should tell her to frick off right? She's also asked me for 150 dollars which is half of my part of the rent i have with my 2 other college aged roommates.
Eta: the only reasom i consider it is because of the kids they could honestly use alot better role model than her.
So i asked her why she didnt ask my mom and dad ( her aunt and uncle) or her own parents or one of her siblings and she basically said she did and they wont take them guess this whore has a list shes going down
