Going to knock out next week's busy work in a couple hours and coast when we get back from the weekend.

Wait around to see if one of the hot secretaries shows up. Tell her everyone else is dead and its up to the 2 of you to repopulate the office

Work from home. The company isn't shut down, the office is.

Its 2018, they have technology that allows this

Only non-security/custodian in the building as far as I can tell.

I had the only non-beater car in the parking lot. There were 5 total.

If you really want to maximize your productivity, go to the break room and eat all of the leftovers in the fridge, catch up on your work, and then leave a parting gift in the desk drawer of your most hated co-worker on your way out of the office.

I think the better question is how did 3,000 people know not to come to work and you are the only one who did not get notified?

all the holidays in the month of December and early January have taught me that I can be just as productive on a 4 day work week as I can on a 5 day work week.

I got the email. I just didn't check my email this morning because I thought there was no chance we'd close the office.
