Trees or elementary saplings? If it can’t reach your property from his property then it’s nothing to worry about right now. It’s better to be done with them now before said trees end up on a neighbor’s house.

I’m clearing a lot now also around an existing camp. Started this morning on approx 2.5 acres and should be finished in a couple days. Sorry for your loss.
