Not all 18 year old women are the same but there is very little good to be derived from a 45 year old man messing with one. In this case it's a grade school student who probably still lives in her childhood bedroom. That feels very wrong though not illegal

They’re called strippers, waitresses and bartenders. I know plenty of bartenders and waitresses that are in college that would gladly screw you for the right price.

If I was the dad I'd be disappointed in my daughter, but freaking out over it will surely not help the situation.
The dad is in a major dilemma. The normal reaction is to beat up the 45 year old. Though, that's probably going to get him in bigger trouble. Talking him is only going to infuriate the dad. But he definitely needs to let this man know that this cannot go on. Don't make any threats. Just state it as a matter of fact.
The sad reality for the dad is that he knows his daughter is probably going to frick some sugar daddy. It's not good.

It is a shitty situation, but she is 18 and going to jail for assaults/attempted murder/murder isn't worth it.

I think people are overestimating the consequences of beating this guy's arse, assuming only fists are used. You don't want to get an aggravated battery charge, but if you can stop short of that you're not going to suffer some rectum-destroying stint at Angola.
