If you want to keep your sanity I would not ask for any details and do your best to patch things up with her. My wife cheated on me with her trainer before we had kids and I knew that it happened but I never asked any details and I got over it fairly quickly. A close friend of mine had his wife cheat on him over a year ago and he asked her every single detail you can imagine including how big of a dick the guy had, how often they f*****, what he did to her, s*** like that and he told me to this day he still loses sleep over thinking about it so much

give you the best advice my mother ever gave me when I went thru a divorce:
The woman you married is NOT the woman you're divorcing.
I know you said you're not married yet, but you have a kid together so the thought still applies. She is no longer the woman you fell in love with, she's a completely different person and she WILL frick you over in a heartbeat. All the sweet nice things she did for you in the past don't mean a damned thing now. Don't fall into the trap of thinking she still has your best interests in mind.
