I don’t involve my kids in relationships until quite a while in. I was over a year last time before she met my kids. I don’t even tell them I have kids unless they ask.
And I seems that all the single women I meet at the park when i’m with my kids that I’m attracted to are married, or have way more kids than i’m Willing to entertain.

I think you told her you forgave her, not to make her feel better, but to make you feel better. This is an extremely painful ordeal and the natural thing to do is try to find a way to make the pain go away. Trying to convince yourself that you forgive her is the easiest way to make that happen. But it won’t work. If it’s not heartfelt, you will be harboring feelings of disdain and regret for years, wishing you reacted different or said something differently.
